Join the Digital Human Experience Partnership with OCAD U
The University of Ontario Institute of Technology and the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U) recently launched the , a collaborative tech-design learning project intended to explore innovative academic and operational partnership opportunities.
The Faculty Working Group of the Digital Human Experience invites faculty from both institutions to submit proposals for collaborative projects that make the most of each institution’s strengths to create powerful new learning experiences for students. A grant from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities will support these projects.
At this time, the Digital Human Experience focuses on academic and learning innovations, rather than on research-based projects. Project proposals should include a clear vision of intended outcomes, along with student and institution-wide engagement and impact. Projects should also be sustainable (able to benefit the students and institutions after funding has completed), transformative, flexible and adaptive, with the potential to extend collaboration to others, including those in the community surrounding each institution.
Access the Call for Proposals on the website.
