Closing the Skills Gap: Securing a Career in Cybersecurity – March 28

Organizations are struggling to keep up with the cybercriminal community. Increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks have created a growing urgency to secure data as well as the resources organizations are deploying.

On Thursday, March 28, the Office of Student Life will welcome cybersecurity industry experts to campus for Closing the Skills Gap: Securing a Career in Cybersecurity, a unique event for faculty members, staff and students in the faculties of Science, Business and Information Technology, and Engineering and Applied Science.

The experts will discuss co-op/internship and career opportunities, and provide an update on the advancements in the cybersecurity industry.
