Lane restrictions on Simcoe Street and Conlin Road through August
The Regional Municipality of Durham has begun roadwork at the intersection of Simcoe Street and Conlin Road. The work will result in daily lane restrictions, but should not affect access to the university’s north Oshawa campus location. Motorists should exercise additional caution for their own safety, and that of pedestrians and construction workers.
The work will continue through to the end of August; however, unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule. If there is a delay, the Region has agreed to suspend activity during the first few weeks of September.
