Participate in Mood Walks at the university’s north and downtown Oshawa locations

Mood Walks are a free and fun opportunity for faculty, staff and students to improve their physical and mental health by taking mindful lunch-hour walking breaks during the busy school or work day. Student Mental Health Services staff will lead the walks.

Come out for a walk to restore your concentration, uplift your mood, decrease your stress and be a part of your campus community!

  • When: Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Where:
    • North Oshawa location: Meet in front of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Gym 3 (near the front desk)
    • Downtown Oshawa location starting points:
      • 61 Charles Street Building, second floor at 11:45 a.m.
      • Education Building, first-floor foyer, at noon.
