Visit The FLEX from home

Campus Recreation and The FLEX announce the launch of their new virtual fitness class library available to all Â鶹´«Ã½ and Durham College students, as well as anyone with an active . Led by the CRWC’s very own certified FLEX instructors, some of the first classes in the library include:

  • Belly Dance
  • Pilates
  • Sit & Get Fit
  • Stability Ball
  • Stretching
  • Yoga

New classes will be added as well as upcoming live-streamed classes. Check back regularly as the virtual library grows helping you be active at home or on the go!

To gain access to virtual classes:

  • Go to the .
  • Log in or set up an account if you don’t already have one. Students, faculty and staff need to use their Banner ID numbers and campus network logins.
  • Ensure you have an .
  • On the Campus Recreation home page, select the icon for Virtual Fitness Classes; select the Virtual Fitness Class Library under Classification; select FALL 2020 under Semesters.
  • Under All Categories, select Virtual Fitness Class Library.
  • Select Register. 
  • Select the name of the person you’d like to register.
  • Select Check-Out.
  • A confirmation email sent to you will contain the web link to access the Virtual Class Library.​
