Online COVID-19 screening questionnaire unavailable November 12 to 15
The online will be unavailable Friday, November 12 at 5 p.m. through Monday, November 15 at 6 a.m., due to scheduled upgrades to the university’s Information Technology (IT) systems.
Anyone coming to campus that weekend must:
- Present a paper or digital copy of their second vaccination receipt to security personnel stationed at designated building entrances.
- Verbally provide answers to COVID-19 screening questions.
If you require access to campus on the evening of November 12, please complete the (via the mobile app or the website) before 5 p.m. on that same day to receive an electronic receipt that indicates permission to access campus until 11:59 p.m.
Note: The Office of Campus Safety is not currently equipped to scan the new provincial vaccine certificate that includes the QR code.
