Participate in the university’s online employment systems review survey
The (CCDI) is conducting the university’s online employment systems review (ESR) survey. This review is an in-depth assessment of all of Â鶹´«Ã½’s employment systems, policies and practices and how they are implemented. CCDI sent an email inviting employees to complete the voluntary survey by Friday, December 10.
On December 7 all Â鶹´«Ã½ employees who have yet to complete the survey received an email reminder from CCDI (census@ccdi.ca) with an active link to the online survey. Please use the personalized link in the most recent email reminder to participate in the survey. Links in previous survey invitations or reminder emails will no longer work.
The survey will provide CCDI with insight into the experiences of individual employees as they navigate Â鶹´«Ã½’s employment systems. The survey is completely confidential and focuses on the five employment-system areas of:
- Accommodation.
- Promotion systems.
- Recruitment, selection and hiring.
- Retention and termination.
- Training and development.
Participation is completely voluntary and all information collected by CCDI remains confidential. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
