IT Service Desk new call centre solution
The university’s Information Technology (IT) Service Desk will move to a new call centre system effective Thursday, December 9. The new system will present more features and options for callers when contacting the IT Service Desk as well as for agents when responding to support inquiries.
Virtual contact centre provider Five9 will power the new call centre. will enrich service desk interactions with faculty, staff and students by adding sophisticated routing capability to connect the right IT Service Desk staff with customers to resolve issues quickly.
