FEAS Professor speaks at International Conference on Clean Energy in Malaysia
, Professor, (FEAS), recently spoke at the . The conference took place in person on July 27 and 28 in Sarawak, Malaysia, as well as online.
Dr. Gaber presented a session titled Resilient Energy Systems for Interconnected Infrastructures. His talk explored advances in research on planning, design and control strategies for hybrid energy systems and their applications on interconnected infrastructures. He also spoke about how modeling and simulation techniques can be used to support the design and operation of resilient hybrid energy systems and their integration within water, transportation, and city infrastructures, such as waterfront infrastructures and maritime transportation electrification.
Dr. Gaber is a distinguished lecturer on Resilient Nuclear-Renewable Hybrid Energy Systems and is recognized among the top two per cent of worldwide scientists with high citations in the field of energy. He has more than 230 publications, including patents, books, chapters, journals, and conference papers.
