Â鶹´«Ã½’s Office of the Provost and Durham College’s Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) will co-host a virtual event on Thursday, December 1 entitled Queering gender-based violence: A look at trans communities.

Jake Farr,  will address the issue of gender-based violence against transgender communities. The event will promote the rights and safety of transgender people and advance broader goals of gender equity and the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence. The session will provide faculty and staff with practical strategies and tools to support building an inclusive campus environment.
