Join this workshop, presented by the Wellness at Work Team, filled with practical strategies on how you can apply mindfulness in your workday to gain greater focus, strengthen your health and well-being, and reduce stress.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand how practicing mindfulness at work can help you reduce stress, access greater ease and happiness and be more effective.
- Gain strategies to incorporate mindfulness in your workday from real-life examples from companies like Google, CIBC, University Health Network and more.
- Experience a ‘Relax-Reflect-Respond’ practice for decision-making in challenging and stressful situations from the Applying Mindfulness at Work course.
