Brilliant Catalyst presents the Catalyst Challenge: Accelerating Climate Action
The university’s Brilliant Catalyst innovation hub will host the 2023 Catalyst Challenge from Monday, September 18 to Friday, September 29.
This annual challenge focuses on tackling real-world issues in Canada through entrepreneurial thinking and ideation. Under the guidance of industry experts and mentors, teams of interdisciplinary post-secondary students with an interest in entrepreneurship collaborate to solve an identified issue through viable business ideas.
To date, nearly 200 post-secondary students across Canada have participated in this opportunity, inspiring students to pursue an entrepreneurial journey to bring their ideas to life. This year, the Catalyst Challenge will focus on accelerating climate action in Canada and furthering the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals linked to the issue.
The opportunity is open to all post-secondary students from all disciplines and years of study.
