This certificate program is tailored to individuals looking to develop essential leadership skills, master team management, and excel in negotiations and conflict resolution. The program consists of five (5) courses which will teach learners the essential skills of leadership and management. Previously the Professional Management Certificate.

These courses provide a solid foundation of business skills and practices for supervisors, managers, and technical professionals who require functional management and leadership training. Google Meet, Zoom or Kaltura Virtual Classroom (through Catalog) will be used for online delivery of this program to support interaction and engagement.
